Data Policy

1. Scope

This policy complements the Privacy Policy and details the use of cookies, analytics, and operational telemetry on lixtto.com and within the product platform.

2. Cookies we use

• Essential: session, language preference, authentication. Without these the site does not work.
• Functional: remember configuration (dark/light theme, last tier visited). You can disable without affecting core functions.
• Analytics: anonymous usage metrics to improve flows. Only activated with your explicit consent (banner).
• Marketing: conversion measurement by channel when appropriate. Optional, subject to consent.

3. User control

You can manage preferences from the cookie banner that appears the first time and from your browser (settings → privacy). Revoking consent is as easy as granting it.

4. Operational logs

We retain agent operational logs (messages exchanged, call durations, events) during the lifetime of your account + 24 months. These logs are your property and you can export them at any time.

5. AI-agent generated data

The conversations your agents maintain with your end customers are your company's property. Lixtto processes them to deliver and improve the service, but does not share them outside your account without your express authorization.

6. Retention

Essential cookies: session. Functional: 12 months. Analytics: 14 months aggregated. Operational logs: account validity + 24 months post-cancellation.

7. International transfer

Some technology providers have infrastructure outside Mexico. We ensure they meet equivalent standards through standard contractual clauses and/or recognized certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

8. Security breaches

In the event of an incident affecting your data we notify you without undue delay (typically within 72 hours) with description of scope, compromised data, and corrective measures.
