Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using Lixtto you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These Terms are governed by Mexican law and, where applicable, the customer's jurisdiction.

2. Service

Lixtto provides subscription access to a team of AI agents (SOFIA, LENA, MAX, COO and others) operating across channels including WhatsApp, voice, email, and web widget. Tier availability is documented on the pricing page.

3. Subscription and payments

Pricing is billed in USD monthly or annually in advance. The 7-day trial is free. After 7 days the selected tier charges apply unless you cancel before. Cancellations effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. “Works or you don't pay” guarantee

You have 7 days from activation to try your agent. If it's not delivering as agreed, we refund every cent charged. No forms. Email support@lixtto.com with the reason.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use Lixtto for spam, impersonation, harassment, or illegal activities. You will comply with telecom laws in your jurisdiction when using voice and messaging channels.

6. Customer data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload. Data remains yours. Processing by our agents is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Lixtto and the agent names are property of AI Nexus Labs SRL. Prompts and configurations you customize for your business are yours.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep agents error-free, but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. You are responsible for supervising critical interactions. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are substantial we'll notify you by email with at least 30 days notice.
